Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies etc.
• Manage staff schedules, payrolls and performance reviews.
• Ensure food safety standards are met in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze financial data to ensure the restaurant is meeting its targets.
• Train and mentor team members so they can reach their maximum potential skillset.
