Job summary

Ecojob in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, menu planning, and food preparation.

The successful candidate will lead by example, ensure high standards, analyze financial reports, and take corrective action when necessary, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in English and at least 1 year of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
