Job summary

Azadea Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will coordinate opening/closing, monitor costs, and ensure quality and service standards across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Food & Beverage or Hospitality, 4–6 years in F&B ops, and at least 1 year in a managerial role. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage, or Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
• One year of managerial experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the team, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, and coordinate with purchasing.
• Monitor performance, hit targets, ensure productivity, quality and timeliness.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve complex queries.
• Ensure HS&E policies are followed and mitigate risks.
• Monitor daily F&B costs and optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
