Azadea Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the team, and contribute to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising food prep and presentation, managing opening/closing procedures, monitoring performance, handling customer issues, and ensuring quality and consistency. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage, or Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Supervise food preparation and presentation; ensure quality and quantity of displayed items.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, maintenance checks, shifts, and purchasing coordination.
• Monitor team performance; ensure targets are met and recognize high performers.
• Handle customer service activities, including complaints and complex queries.
• Assess displayed items for quantity and quality; take corrective actions as needed.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environment policies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor daily F&B costs; align budget with management; optimize inventory and pricing.
• Record all invoices according to company policy.
