Job summary

Azadea Group in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Chef De Partie to oversee a specific area of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality outputs, adherence to recipes and chef instructions, and consistent service.

You will lead and train kitchen staff, enforce health and safety standards, manage opening and closing duties, and coordinate with Front of House for menus, specials and events, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role.
• Technical degree in Hospitality Management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food orders following prescribed recipes and chef's instructions, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and monitor storage to ensure proper degreasing, cleaning, and organization.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Follow safety rules for kitchen equipment and enforce environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Communicate menu items, out-of-stock items, and event information to Front of House staff.
