About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead operations at one of Downtown Dubai’s most iconic fine dining destinations. As part of a prestigious portfolio, this role offers the chance to manage a high-profile outlet that defines luxury, elegance, and culinary excellence in the heart of the city.

In this position, you will be the custodian of our brand’s DNA, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the sophistication and minimalist aesthetic synonymous with the Armani name. You will drive operational perfection, mentor a diverse team, and deliver unforgettable experiences to a discerning international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service flow, strict adherence to SOPs, and maintenance of the highest hygiene and safety standards.
• Guest Experience: Curate personalized VIP journeys, resolving complex guest concerns with diplomacy and ensuring consistent delivery of our signature service style.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Business Performance: Monitor P&L, control costs (labor, inventory, waste), and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visual merchandising, staff grooming, and service rituals align strictly with global brand guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred/micro-starred environment.
• Brand Alignment: Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle brands and the ability to embody a refined, understated elegance.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, multicultural teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; specialized fine dining training is a plus.
