Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in F&B management, with luxury/hotel exposure.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams in high-volume settings.
• Strong communication, financial acumen, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensure service flow, uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Curate VIP guest journeys and resolve complex guest concerns with diplomacy.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, diverse team; drive excellence and accountability.
• Monitor P&L, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure visual merchandising, grooming, and service rituals align with global brand guidelines.
