Job summary

SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily restaurant operations, lead and train the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will coordinate with kitchen, bar and F&B leadership to drive revenue, uphold service standards, and maintain compliance with HACCP and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (education requirement).
• College Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in overall Food and Beverage operation and senior F&B management experience.
• Licenses or certificates: ability to obtain/government licenses or permits.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health dept rules, liquor laws, and bar operation.
• One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with other employees and departments.
• Ability to work independently and with others to promote teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, HACCP, health and safety and brand standards.
