Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in the UAE is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 3-5 years of restaurant operations experience and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. The candidate should demonstrate strong customer service, complaint handling, and leadership to drive daily outlet performance.

You will manage smooth day-to-day operations, lead and train the restaurant team, maintain high service and guest-experience standards, monitor sales, costs, inventory and wastage, and ensure strict

• Ability to drive sales, upselling and overall outlet performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• UAE hospitality / restaurant experience preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred.
