Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1500 AED per month

Purpose of Job: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring excellent customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Train, manage and motivate staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
• Plan menus according to seasonal availability of ingredients.
• Analyze customer feedback data and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, preparing reports etc.
• Develop promotional campaigns or events to increase sales.

Experience & Qualifications
