Job summary

Tround Restaurant LLC in Dubai is hiring a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a premium Korean dining destination within a luxury hotel near Dubai Airport.

You will oversee front-of-house service, train a multinational team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in upscale dining.
• UAE work experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of premium beverage and wine pairings.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure impeccable service standards.
• Lead, train and inspire a diverse multinational team.
• Manage operational efficiency, drive revenue and oversee P&L.
• Build strong relationships with local VIPs and hotel guests.

• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
