Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are a unique restaurant in Dubai, looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. We offer an excellent remuneration package of 900 per month and are open to considering foreign applicants.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes staffing and supervising the kitchen and dining room teams, monitoring food quality to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation, managing stock levels and ordering supplies, coordinating the delivery of customer orders, managing customer complaints and queries, developing promotional campaigns for the restaurant, and working with catering staff to meet client expectations. Additionally, you will need to provide leadership for staff members by setting goals, providing feedback on performance, training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.
