Restaurant Manager

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Train and supervise employees to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve overall performance.
• Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events and attract new customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching or training as needed.
• Create schedules for employees that ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while also optimizing labor costs.

Salary: $1100 per month
