Job summary

Tround Restaurant LLC in Dubai invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our premium Korean dining destination inside a luxury hotel. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, drive guest experiences, and manage a multinational team to deliver impeccable service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in upscale dining (UAE experience essential), strong leadership, beverage knowledge, and a passion for Korean hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale/premium dining environment (UAE experience is essential).
• Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of premium beverage/wine pairings and Asian hospitality (Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus).
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure impeccable service standards.
• Lead, train, and inspire a diverse multinational team.
• Manage operational efficiency, drive revenue, and oversee P&L.
• Build strong relationships with local VIPs and hotel guests.
• Act as a cultural bridge, delivering an authentic premium Korean dining experience.
