Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team.

You will ensure top-level guest service, maintain food safety standards, manage inventory and schedules, and drive sales targets while collaborating with the kitchen staff to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and food safety knowledge.
• English proficiency; other languages are an advantage.
