Job summary

Accor is seeking a Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact, greeting guests and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth dining experience. The role requires fluency in Arabic to assist Arabic-speaking guests and to manage reservations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure tables are prepared and ready for guests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the host stand, lobby and dining area.
• Support guest feedback collection and communicate issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Uphold professional grooming and appearance in line with hotel standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support restaurant operations.
