Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional food and beverage service. The role requires passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to manage front-of-house and bar operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of POS systems, inventory, and licensing laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as restaurant or bar manager (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with licensing laws, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and bar staff.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage and service quality.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Plan promotions, events, and entertainment aligned with brand.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
