Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of luxury hotel or fine-dining service experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, guest-focused attitude with passion for high-quality service.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Lobby Lounge to maintain top service levels.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team for impeccable hospitality.
• Supervise staff performance with coaching and development opportunities.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, minimize waste and stay organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service and communication.
• Address guest feedback professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling and staff allocations to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to hotel health and safety policies.
