Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and maintain exceptional service standards. You will act as Manager on Duty, guiding teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and more to ensure a flawless guest experience.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a luxury setting. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar in a 5-star hotel.
• Luxury hospitality standards knowledge.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Flexible for shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts and ensure all departments maintain high service standards.
• Act as the Manager on Duty and ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the hotel.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and others to address operational needs.
• Monitor hotel presentation, cleanliness, service quality, and compliance with standards.
• Support VIP arrivals, special occasions and guest requirements.
• Conduct regular operational checks and address issues promptly.
• Lead, guide and support colleagues during the shift to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage operational incidents and escalate significant matters to senior management when required.
• Ensure proper shift handovers, communication, and daily reports.
