Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a guest-focused supervisor to lead our service staff and ensure 5-star standards across events and dining experiences. You will greet guests, manage duties, and support the supervisor while maintaining punctuality and professionalism.

The role emphasizes anticipating guest needs, accurate order handling, and maintaining cleanliness across all areas. Experience in luxury hospitality and the ability to work long hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic hotel school diploma.
• 2 year minimum experience in a multicultural 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience in food and beverage or event field.
• Ability to handle luxury guest volumes daily.
• Work under pressure in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff team.
• Ensure standards are plied with 100% of the guest 100% of the time.
• Be punctual, greet colleagues and reports to supervisor upon arrival for duties.
• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience for all events.
• Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests is necessary.
• Utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
• Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
• Ensuring all set up’s and mise en place is set for the next day’s events.
• Ensure all areas, stores and back areas are always kept clean and tidy.
• Handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines of the accounting department.
