Job summary

PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, lead a diverse team, and deliver exceptional service. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality passion, and the ability to manage front-of-house and bar functions efficiently.

You will monitor standards, schedules, budgeting, and vendor relations, while enhancing guest experiences and maintaining profitability through cost controls and effective promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant or bar management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, POS and inventory management.
• Familiarity with licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and bar staff.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience through attentive service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; control costs.
• Monitor daily revenue and expenses; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and events.
• Coordinate with resident entertainers and ensure licensing compliance.
