PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI is seeking a professional Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our Luxury Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on handling reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination to deliver an exceptional luxury dining experience.

You will manage reservations across hotel outlets, provide detailed information on menus and events, and ensure VIP arrangements are flawlessly executed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable or similar) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems.
• Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets.
• Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events.
• Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
• Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel’s luxury service standards.
