Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and passion for hospitality.
• Good organizational skills to manage reservations and requests.
• Professional appearance with high grooming standards.
• Calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus per service standards.
• Maintain reservation records and relay guest preferences to the team.

• Monitor guest flow, table availability, and waiting times for smooth dining.
• Coordinate with service team and management for seamless guest service.
