Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in 5-star hotel or upscale bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Basic knowledge of food pairing is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Relevant hospitality certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.
• Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and personalized service.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and seasonal specialties.
• Ensure bar mise en place is prepared before service.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Verify guest age requirements in compliance with local regulations.
• Process guest orders accurately through the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Support cost control by minimizing waste and breakage.
• Assist in monthly inventory and stock-taking procedures.
