Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in a similar leadership role in a busy Bar Operations in UAE.
• Bartending certification and extensive knowledge of cocktails.
• Excellent communication and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant and bar operations and uphold service standards.
• Professionally set up bar at opening with liquor, glassware, juices and garnishes.
• Drive standards through trainings, coaching, feedback and briefings.
• Manage a sophisticated bar service and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Boost revenue and guest spend via upselling and exceptional service.
