PPOAR is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Dubai, UAE. The role requires organizing and directing a diverse staff to deliver excellent customer service while achieving financial targets.

You will develop and implement strategies to ensure high satisfaction, compliance with safety standards, and effective cost control in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
• In depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making ability with good understanding of financial targets
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
• Supervise and motivate staff members including hiring, training and scheduling
• Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality
• Handle customer complaints professionally in a timely manner
• Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers
• Develop marketing plans and track ROI on marketing efforts
• Manage budgets and track expenses for the restaurant
• Monitor sales performance of staff members on a daily basis
