Job summary

Group of Indian Restaurants in the UAE is seeking a meticulous Restaurant Administrator to serve as the administrative backbone of our restaurant operations. The role involves coordinating daily branch activities, vendor management, HR documentation, and basic staff handling to ensure smooth operations across outlets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of UAE admin experience in F&B or hospitality, fluent Hindi and English, and strong skills in MS Office and inventory/POS software.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and English for reporting and coordination.
• 1–3 years UAE admin experience in F&B, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic inventory or POS software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and branch activities across multiple outlets.
• Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and supply orders; track deliveries.
• Manage staff attendance, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Ensure UAE regulations and municipal guidelines are followed across branches.
