Job summary

Indian Group of Restaurants seeks a Restaurant Administrator in the UAE to support daily branch coordination, vendor management, HR documentation, and basic staff handling. The role serves as the administrative backbone for operations across outlets and requires bilingual communication in Hindi and English.

The candidate will manage attendance, onboarding, and welfare while ensuring compliance with UAE licensing, health and labor regulations, and roaster scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have UAE administrative experience (1–3 years) in the F&B/hospitality/retail sector.
• Must be currently residing in UAE and able to join on short notice.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic inventory/POS software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily branch operations and vendor/supplier coordination.
• Monitor inventory across kitchen and dining areas to minimize waste and stockouts.
• Schedule maintenance for kitchen equipment and dining areas; manage records.
• Assist HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll input and staff communications.
• Track UAE licenses, permits, health cards, and visa-related documents; assist PRO activities.
