Abroad Work in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant. You will manage customer service, staff, inventory and financials to ensure profitable, smooth service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of managerial experience in Indian cuisine, strong English and Hindi communication, and proven leadership capabilities. Flexibility in hours and Dubai work authorization are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques and cost control methods.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Dubai.

Salary: 1300$ per month

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation in Dubai.
