Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine

We are a well-established restaurant in Dubai, known for serving delicious Indian cuisine. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for Indian food and a strong background in restaurant management.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and financial planning. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry. A strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred. The ability to speak Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus.
