Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food preparation, service standards, health codes, and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, staff management, and budgeting
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service
