Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior VP for Group Governance & Project Excellence to oversee resource management and staffing across upstream capital projects. You will ensure accurate demand-capacity visibility, coordinate mobilization, onboarding, and rotations, and lead competency development and governance across project teams.

You will drive dashboards, KPI tracking, and strategic workforce planning while aligning with HSE and corporate standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required.
At least 10 years in oil, gas, or capital projects related to resourcing.
Strong knowledge of workforce planning, mobility, and resourcing.
Experience with Power BI analytics and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end resource management for Capital Projects with demand and capacity visibility.
Coordinate mobilization, onboarding readiness, and rotations to close staffing gaps.
Maintain role profiles, competency requirements, and staffing templates.
Manage competency library and align assessments with project milestones.
Prepare resource dashboards and management submissions for leadership.
Act as focal point for resourcing queries across project teams and stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to trackers, SLAs, and processes.
Support UAE nationals targets and workforce capability plans.
