Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company seeks a Senior Specialist Project Risk Management to oversee risk discipline across the Group’s major capital projects. You will set standards, govern risk processes, and ensure alignment with the ADNOC risk framework and business goals.

The role requires deep expertise in oil and gas project risk, leadership to coordinate group-wide risk activities, and a strong track record in delivering complex projects on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred in Project Risk Management/Engineering).
• 15 years of Oil & Gas project experience across levels.
• Subject matter expert in Project Risk Management for capital projects.
• PMI-RMP and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Risk Management discipline, providing direction to all Group Companies.
• Develop and maintain risk management standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee risk management framework across ADNOC Group and capital programs.
• Lead implementation of the Technical Authority Framework on risk roles.
• Prepare MIS and progress reports for management.
