Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a seasoned resourcing and mobility professional to manage end-to-end staffing for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects in Abu Dhabi. You will maintain demand and capacity, coordinate mobilizations, ensure competency alignment, and drive continuous improvements across programs.

Role requires 10 years in Oil & Gas/Capital Projects, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and a strong grasp of project management disciplines. UAE national development is emphasized within capability planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is required.
Experience: 10 years in Oil & Gas or Capital Projects with 6+ years in resource management roles.
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is expected.
Understanding of Project Management areas and engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Maintain rolling resource demand and capacity plan for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects.
Execute end-to-end resource mobilization and coordinate with HC, project teams and PMCs.
Coordinate with discipline heads to maintain role profiles and competency requirements.
Maintain competency library and map roles to competencies.
Run vacancy and deployment coordination for Upstream projects.
Track competence evidence and flag gaps for training or role reassignment.
Monitor workforce plan adherence and report deviations with corrective actions.
Prepare weekly/monthly resource dashboards and provide insights to leadership.
Draft and coordinate resourcing and mobility submissions for decisions.
