Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company seeks a senior Resourcing & Mobility professional to manage end-to-end resource management for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects. You will maintain demand/capacity visibility, coordinate mobilizations, and ensure alignment of staffing with project milestones.

The role requires extensive experience in Oil & Gas project resourcing, competency mapping, and analytics with Power BI and advanced Excel skills. UAE-based deployment is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or Capital Projects
• Power BI (PL-300) or similar analytics knowledge
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Engineering disciplines and Project Management knowledge areas

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling resource demand and capacity plan for Upstream Capital Projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end resource mobilization and onboarding activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain role profiles, competency requirements, and staffing templates for delivery roles.
• Track competence evidence and flag gaps for training or reassignment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly resourcing dashboards and provide insights to leadership.
