Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior resource management professional to deliver end-to-end staffing, mobilization, and capability planning for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects. You will coordinate demand/capacity, onboarding readiness, and competency management across project teams and PMCs.

The role requires experience in resource management, mobility, project resourcing, and analytics with Power BI and Excel. A strong stakeholder network within ADNOC is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with PM understanding.
• Experience in resource management, mobility, or staffing.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling resource demand and capacity plans for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects.
• Coordinate mobilization, onboarding readiness, site access, rotations, and demobilization.
• Manage role profiles, competencies, and staffing templates for delivery roles.
• Track competence evidence and identify gaps for training or reassignment.
• Prepare dashboards and management submissions for resourcing decisions.
• Act as focal point for resourcing queries across teams and PMCs.
