Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior resourcing specialist to manage end-to-end resource planning, mobilization, and workforce capability for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects. The role requires coordinating with project controls, PMCs, and Human Capital to ensure timely staffing aligned with milestones.

You will maintain competency libraries, dashboards, and recruitment templates while supporting UAE national staffing targets and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Business.
• 6+ years in resource management, workforce planning, mobility, or resourcing.
• Power BI (PL-300) or similar analytics knowledge.
• Advanced Excel knowledge or credential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling resource demand and capacity plan for DM&T UPSTREAM Capital Projects, validate inputs and highlight gaps.
• Execute end-to-end resource mobilization, onboarding readiness, rotations, and demobilization.
• Coordinate role profiles, competency requirements, and staffing templates with project teams.
