Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors and ensure a professional experience.
• Manage concierge desk operations, telephone enquiries, visitor access, and resident requests.
• Handle complaints, enquiries, and service requests with timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, pending requests, and shift handovers.
• Monitor lobby and concierge area to keep it organized, presentable, and attended.
• Maintain residents’ privacy and confidentiality per policies and regulations.
• Enforce building rules and report security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain grooming, uniform standards, etiquette, and conduct during shifts.
• Coordinate with building management, security, maintenance, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the concierge role.
