Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations.
• High school or equivalent; degree within the hospitality field.

Responsibilities

• Check no-show and pending reservations.
• Review VIP arrivals, special requests and traces.
• Review reservations for next two weeks and inform sales to fulfill leads.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, understand rate structure and apply rate management.
• Monitor visas and expiring visas and advise on exit as needed.
• Send confirmations for new reservations and follow up with unconfirmed bookings.
• Answer all calls per Rotana standards; input fax details and monitor emails.
