Responsibilities

• Assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service.

• Interact with guests and colleagues using clear and professional language.
• Enter and locate information using computers or POS systems.
• Follow safety policies, protect assets, and complete training as required.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests and anticipate their service needs.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and maintain confidentiality.
