Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Reservations Manager for a Dubai-based hospitality group. You will oversee the reservations diary, table allocations, group bookings, and guest requests, coordinating with the Floor Manager to ensure smooth service.

You will lead the reservations and host team, manage peak periods, and balance bookings with walk-ins, maintaining accurate waiting times and daily reports. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Dubai’s F&B industry, with hands-on expertise in restaurant reservations and guest relations, including proficiency in reservation platforms such as Eat App and/or Odoo CRM.
• Must be confident to host teams, seating plans, group bookings, VIP guests, and peak-service reservations average
• Excellent communication, guest-handling, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain effective during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reservations diary, table allocations, group bookings, special guest requests, and daily seating arrangements in coordination with the Floor Manager.
• Lead and supervise the reservations and host team, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, professional communication, and efficient table management during busy services.
• Balance reservations with walk-ins, follow up on unconfirmed bookings, manage cancellations, and provide accurate waiting times during peak periods.
• Monitor expected covers, booking gaps, cancellations, and table utilization, providing management with accurate daily reservations reports.
