Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Reservations Manager for a Dubai-based hospitality group. You will manage the reservations diary, seating allocations, and group bookings, coordinating with the Floor Manager.

Lead the reservations and host team, balance bookings with walk-ins, handle VIP guests, and provide accurate waiting times during peak service. Requires 3+ years in Dubai's F&B with Eat App or Odoo CRM experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Dubai's F&B industry with hands-on reservations and guest relations.
• Proficient in reservation platforms Eat App and/or Odoo CRM.
• Excellent communication and guest handling under busy service conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reservations diary, table allocations, group bookings, special guest requests, and daily seating arrangements in coordination with the Floor Manager.
• Lead and supervise the reservations and host team, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, professional communication, and efficient table management during busy services.
• Balance reservations with walk-ins, follow up on unconfirmed bookings, manage cancellations, and provide accurate waiting times during peak periods.
• Monitor expected covers, booking gaps, cancellations, and table utilization, providing management with accurate daily reservations reports.
• Age restriction: Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years old and below.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Dubai’s F&B industry, with hands-on expertise in restaurant reservations and guest relations, including proficiency in reservation platforms such as Eat App and/or Odoo CRM.
• Must be confident to host teams, seating plans, group bookings, VIP guests, and peak-service reservations average.
• Excellent communication, guest-handling, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain effective during busy services.
