Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct documentation for payments is received.
• Process and manage hotel reservations per policy.
• Liaise with conference and events for group room requests.
• Manage cancellations and communicate charges to clients.
• Handle group billing issues and account disputes.
• Coordinate group reservations for efficiency.
