Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IRD/room service supervision within a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm personality with the ability to remain calm during pressure situations.
• Team player with flexibility to support different functions.
• Passion for food and service excellence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the manager.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and document them for follow-up.
• Supervise cash handling, banking, and cash security procedures.
• Prepare daily banking summaries and cash flow reports.
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of service equipment.
• Monitor service standards and guest experience in all in-room dining areas.
• Control stock levels and enforce security protocols.
• Train, coach, and schedule staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor minibars and ensure accurate replenishment.
• Inspect storage areas and maintain proper FIFO usage.
• Supervise outlet service operations and assist in other duties as required.
