InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our front-office team in Dubai. You will handle inquiries, process bookings, and work to maximize occupancy while upholding brand standards.

You'll collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue to ensure accuracy, provide excellent guest service, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates and promotions. A positive, approachable demeanor helps you thrive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Positive and approachable personality.

Responsabilités

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations in accordance with hotel standards and brand guidelines.
• Maximize room occupancy and revenue by using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Ensure accuracy in guest profiles, billing instructions, and special requests.
• Assist with group bookings and coordinate with Sales & Events for special requirements.
• Liaise closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor availability and adjust reservations accordingly to optimize room inventory.
• Resolve guest issues and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.
