Responsibilities

• Download bookings from external reservation systems.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours, and local area attractions.
• Ensure VIP and special requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, room types, and competition; manage rate structures.
