Job summary

Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is looking for a warm Reservations Agent to turn enquiries into memorable stays. You’ll present rooms and local neighbourhood experiences with confidence and hospitality, while upselling packages and promotions.

You’ll maintain accurate reservation records and ensure brand standards. As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, you’ll collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams to manage availability, amendments and enquiries, converting opportunities into confirmed

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, front office, or similar guest-focused role.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Knowledge of hotel reservations processes; Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, enquiries, amendments and special requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Showcase rooms, facilities, dining experiences and local neighbourhood to guests.
• Promote offers, packages, room types and upsell to maximise bookings.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue and hotel teams to ensure accurate bookings.
