Job summary

Flora Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage guest reservations and inquiries across phone, email, and online channels. You will ensure accurate room inventory control and deliver exceptional guest service, contributing to smooth check-in experiences and high occupancy rates.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality qualification, has experience in reservations, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a reservations role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and room inventory management.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online channels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
