Area Experts Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Advisor - Secondary Market to join our growing team. You will advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai's secondary market, leveraging deep knowledge of local communities, values, and trends to deliver tailored guidance and opportunities.

We value a proactive, client-centric sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's Secondary Market Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property values, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting in Dubai's secondary market.
• Advise on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and manage sales process end-to-end.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions.
