A1 Properties is expanding its Secondary Market division in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Secondary Property Consultant to source, list, and close sales and leases across Business Bay and premium villa communities.

Join a high‑performance team with a robust CRM, mentorship, and RERA license support. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Dubai market experience and want to grow earnings through a commission‑driven model.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market or similar, focusing on secondary market transactions.
• RERA Certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a consultative sales approach.
• Solid understanding of secondary market transactions and DLD regulations.

Responsabilités

• Source, list, and sell/lease properties in Business Bay and villa communities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company CRM.
• Understand client preferences to provide tailored property recommendations.
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, including viewings and negotiations.
• Provide guidance on community amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, ROI, rents, and resale value.
• Advise on investment strategies and long‑term asset growth.
• Conduct valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally.
• Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in line with RERA rules.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and documents in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing shifts and off‑market opportunities.
• Represent A1 Properties at events, meetings, tours, and industry functions.
